Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Albion Battle Hub, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age, that you have read and understood these Terms of Service, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.

Description of Service

Albion Battle Hub is a fan-operated web platform for Albion Online players. We provide tools including a killboard and battle reports using data from the official Albion Online API, a public build creator and repository, a crafting and refining calculator, a market flipper tool (Premium), a trade route calculator (Premium), guild management features including member tracking, event scheduling, and regear request systems, and multi-battle analysis and ZvZ reports. The service is provided free of charge for basic features, with optional Premium subscriptions available for advanced tools.

User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account via Discord OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior, or are inactive for extended periods. One person or entity may not maintain more than one account.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms. You may not: scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from our site in bulk without permission; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service; use the service to harass, abuse, or harm other users; submit false or misleading information; reverse engineer or decompile any part of the service; or use the service in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair the infrastructure.

Intellectual Property

The Albion Battle Hub platform, including its design, code, and original content (excluding Albion Online game data), is the intellectual property of the developer (Kiri86) and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Albion Online game assets, names, and data are the property of Sandbox Interactive GmbH. Albion Battle Hub is a fan project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Sandbox Interactive GmbH.

Premium Subscriptions

Certain features of Albion Battle Hub require a paid Premium subscription. Subscription fees are billed monthly and are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. We reserve the right to modify Premium pricing or features with reasonable notice. Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time and will remain active until the end of the billing period. We reserve the right to revoke Premium access if these Terms are violated.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Albion Battle Hub is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Market data and game statistics are sourced from third-party APIs and may not always be perfectly accurate or up to date. We are not responsible for decisions made based on data provided by this platform.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Albion Battle Hub and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the service.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the "Last Updated" date and, where appropriate, by posting a notice on the site. Your continued use of the service after changes constitute acceptance of the new terms.
