v3.5.0

Latest
  1. Feature: New guild composition creator: pick the approved builds for each role and share one link that always shows the current version.

  2. Feature: Export the comp as an image for Discord or as a spreadsheet with the item icons, in the language of the site.

  3. Feature: Style the header: ten fonts, outline and shadow in your own colours, letter case and spacing.

  4. Feature: Upload the guild logo and a background image, and edit the IP and consumables wordings.

  5. Feature: You can now delete the compositions you created.

  6. Feature: The whole section is translated into the 17 languages of the site.

  7. Feature: The builds list is paginated, 30 per page, instead of loading as you scroll.

  8. Feature: Clear a slot with a right-click or the X, including potions, food and inventory items.

  9. Fix: The composition creator finds builds by the name you see, and no longer lists the same one twice.

  10. Fix: All 100 official Albion Battle Hub builds now show up in the picker.

  11. Fix: Admins can delete any build, not only its author.

  12. Feature: The build creator is rebuilt in the site's own style: five clear bands, a pinned save bar and a live loadout panel that fills in as you mount your gear.

  13. Feature: The live loadout panel now reads exactly like a build's overview: bag, head, cape / main hand, armor, off hand / potion, shoes, food, with the inventory underneath.

  14. Feature: Abilities are picked in one compact line per slot (Q, W, E, passive) instead of stacked panels.

  15. Feature: The creator — editor, item catalogue, abilities and inventory — is translated into the 17 languages of the site.

  16. Feature: The item catalogue searches in every language the game ships: type a Russian, Japanese or Turkish name while the site is in another language and it still finds the item.

  17. Feature: Items are shown in the language you have selected on the site, with the English name underneath.

  18. Fix: Icons that stayed blank or fell back to the placeholder when a page asked for many at once now load every time: they come straight from Albion's CDN instead of through our own proxy.

  19. Maintenance: The item market and the guides section have been removed.

  20. Maintenance: Menu reorganised: Compositions in the header, Rankings under Players and the changelog inside Explore.

  21. Maintenance: The guild ledger is now called Compositions, the name the community uses.

  22. Performance: Item and spell icons load straight from Albion's CDN, in parallel: battles and builds paint instantly.

v3.4.0

  1. Feature: Every multi-battle report has its own address now, ending in the battle IDs (…/battleboard/multi/americas/1234,5678). Links shared before keep working.

  2. Feature: The battle IDs in a report are clickable chips: open any of them to jump to that battle's own report. The single battle report now shares the same header, with its ID called out and the region named West, Europe or Asia.

  3. Feature: Rebuilt the battle timeline: cumulative kills per guild with real axes, a legend you turn on and off with a click and a detail box on hover. The simulation player is gone.

  4. Fix: Fixed the multi-battle report reloading itself: the loading screen came back every few seconds and threw you to the top of the page.

  5. Fix: Reports keep your reading position when the page re-renders underneath: a live battle refreshing its numbers no longer sends you back to the top.

  6. Fix: A multi-battle link with a single battle opens that battle's report right away instead of sitting there loading.

  7. Performance: The first visit to an uncached battle paints the report from the warm-up payload, without rendering the page a second time.

v3.3.2

  1. Fix: The zone list and every content count now come from the game's own zone definitions instead of the community survey: each zone shows the chests, resource nodes and dungeons the game actually places in it.

  2. Fix: Removed six duplicate zones: the survey listed each of them twice, once under the real name and once under a one-letter misspelling, splitting the contents between the two. The list goes from 406 entries to the 400 real zones.

  3. Feature: The zones whose board the survey never published now take theirs from a community mirror that has the complete set. Those boards are drawn at the 45° angle the client shows the roads lattice at, so they are turned upright and scaled to fill the card; one zone keeps the "no screenshot recorded" state because the only capture of it is the whole game interface.

v3.3.1

  1. Fix: Fixed the Roads of Avalon zone artwork: every zone now shows its own survey screenshot. Until now the 316 zones shared only four placeholder images, which is why the board never matched the contents listed under it.

  2. Fix: The section now covers 406 zones instead of 316, taken from the live Roads of Avalon survey, so whole families that were missing are back (Settun goes from 5 zones to 10).

  3. Fix: Corrected the chest, resource node and dungeon counters. The old numbers came from a source that went offline in April 2025 and attached every count to the wrong icon, so chests and nodes were swapped around.

  4. Feature: Zones whose board has not been surveyed yet are listed too, with a clear "no screenshot recorded" state instead of a broken or unrelated image.

v3.3.0

  1. Feature: New Avalon Maps section: browse all 316 Roads of Avalon zones with their real in-game board and the chests, resource nodes and dungeons recorded in each one. Linked from the header with a TOP badge.

  2. Feature: Every zone has its own page: full board, recorded content breakdown, a guide to reading the zone name, and the sibling zones that share its layout. Avalonian Rest zones are labelled as hideout maps, the only road zones where a hideout can be placed.

  3. Feature: Search by zone name, stack content filters with AND logic, sort by chest, resource node or dungeon counts, and share any filtered view through the URL.

  4. Feature: The section is localized across the 17 supported languages, with canonical URLs, hreflang alternates, structured data and sitemap entries for every zone.

v3.2.0

  1. Feature: Weekly Discord giveaway: 2 winners each take 1M silver + 1 mount. New animated header banner and first-visit reminder, available in every language.

  2. Feature: The battleboard now remembers your last guild search and minimum-players filter, restoring them automatically on your next visit.

  3. Fix: Fixed item icons that fell back to the placeholder: ids using dots (e.g. T3.MOUNT_HORSE) are now normalized, since the renderer only serves the underscore form.

  4. Performance: Added a background job that preloads the most-used item icons from recent kills, so the first visit after a deploy loads them instantly.

v3.1.2

  1. Feature: Dragonfire's new Dragonslayer gear, potions, mounts and abilities are now available in the Build Creator.

  2. Feature: The Firewing Drake is listed in the Fire Drakes category with localized stats and abilities.

  3. Maintenance: Dragonfire item, spell and consumable data has been refreshed, including fish and crafting components.

  4. Feature: All Dragonfire items and abilities now show their real icons: over 500 item and spell images are served from our own servers, with the official renderer as backup.

  5. Performance: Build and ability images load much faster: they now go through a retrying, cached proxy, so slow or rate-limited renderer responses no longer stall pages.

  6. Fix: Mount market prices now load reliably from the server with retries and caching — no more failed price loads.

  7. Fix: Fixed the build editor: potions and food were missing from the item selectors, so nothing could be picked there.

  8. Feature: The mounts tool now shows every mount's abilities with real icons, slots, types and localized descriptions.

v3.1.1

  1. Performance: Battle reports now warm their cached data on hover, focus, and selection, while the poller precomputes recent completed battles for faster opening.

  2. Performance: Multi-battle reports now load a lightweight core first and fetch kills, intelligence, composition, and timeline only when each section is approached, reducing the initial payload by about 75%.

  3. Performance: Completed battles now use long-lived CDN caching, static route reuse, and Server-Timing and Web Vitals diagnostics to improve and measure real loading performance.

  4. Maintenance: Database migrations can now run without psql, executing statements separately so concurrent indexes work in the application container.

v3.1.0

  1. Feature: Rebuilt battle and multi-battle reports with player, guild and alliance breakdowns, kills, equipment, composition, battlemounts, callers, solo bombs and a timeline.

  2. Performance: Improved detailed multi-battle loading with shared requests, background warm-up, API fallback and automatic retries while new battle events are published.

  3. Fix: Localized the new Battleboard interface, including player composition, guild filters and role labels, in every supported language.

  4. Fix: The minimum players filter is now applied consistently across the Battleboard server, API and client, including guild searches.

  5. Fix: Unified battlemount detection between the Battleboard and player role stats for consistent classifications.

  6. Performance: Multi-battle summaries are now resolved from the local cache with an upstream API fallback, reducing external calls.

v3.0.0

  1. Feature: Added a new Rankings hub for players, guilds, weapons, global score, ZvZ, battles, and seasonal K/D across all regions.

  2. Performance: Player profiles now preload from search, serve recent kills and deaths from PostgreSQL, and persist full statistics for much faster cold loads.

  3. Feature: Added Google sign-in alongside Discord with a redesigned, localized account access screen.

  4. Fix: Improved mobile navigation with a scroll-safe drawer, accessible language selector, and clearer Rankings access.

  5. Maintenance: Refined partner and support controls into compact, dismissible actions that stay out of the battle view.

v2.9.2

  1. Feature: The old payment prompt was replaced with a discreet Buy Coffee support reminder.

  2. Maintenance: Removed the former paid plans, checkout, manual payments, access gates and supporter badges.

v2.9.1

  1. Fix: The API delay warning is now compact, sits beside the battle server selector, and only appears for the selected affected region. It also shows the exact sync delay.

  2. Fix: Online and restart indicators now check each Albion region independently and no longer depend on the battle API.

  3. Maintenance: Refined the home hero into a more compact layout with clearer shortcuts to Battleboard and Builds.

v2.9.0

  1. Feature: Added an always-visible Opera GX partner banner with a PC download referral link, translated into all 17 languages.

  2. Feature: Redesigned the player profile and guild pages with the Battle Dispatch visual system.

  3. Performance: Player and guild search is now near-instant: local battle-data cache first, a 5-minute in-memory cache, and smarter Albion timeouts (especially on the Americas server).

  4. Fix: The guild shown in search results now refreshes when a profile is opened, so it always matches the profile.

  5. Performance: Player and guild profiles open instantly: the server serves the data directly instead of making a second Albion round-trip.

v2.8.4

  1. Fix: Improved battle and event ingestion resilience with non-overlapping scheduled runs, faster timeout recovery, cached-data fallback, and accurate per-server health reporting.

  2. Fix: Validated battle IDs and build UUIDs before database queries to prevent invalid NaN/null lookups and related errors.

  3. Feature: Redesigned public builds and collections with compact horizontal cards, responsive one/two-column layouts, and an at-a-glance equipment row.

  4. Fix: Fixed ability icons by resolving render URLs from localized spell names instead of internal identifiers.

v2.8.3

  1. Feature: Restored and redesigned the About, Contact, Terms, Privacy, Battle Reports, and ZvZ pages.

v2.8.1

  1. Fix: Discord and ExitLag panels now show the full message, are clickable, and keep ExitLag visible.

  2. Feature: Builds uses compact columns that prevent gaps between loadouts of different lengths.

  3. Feature: Builds loads more results as you scroll, preserving filters and sort order without manual pagination.

  4. Fix: Mobile Battleboard uses stacked cards with the date, guilds, players, kills, and fame visible.

  5. Fix: The footer now uses the same primary logo as the header.

  6. Fix: Improved hydration and reduced-motion support make navigation and animations more stable.

v2.8.0

  1. Feature: Expanded multi-language support to 17 global locales with instant language switching in top navigation.

  2. Feature: Added full native translations for Korean, Japanese, Polish, Traditional Chinese, Italian, Arabic, German, French, Russian, Turkish, Indonesian, Thai, Vietnamese, Spanish, Portuguese, and English.

  3. Fix: Fixed canonical URLs, hreflang tags, dynamic sitemap indexing, and search parameter exclusion rules across all pages.

  4. Performance: Optimized dynamic i18n middleware routing and server-side locale validation.

  2. Feature: Live Albion streamers are now shown in a header dropdown.

  3. Feature: Added HOT/NEW badges and distinct icons to the navigation menus.

v2.4.1

  1. Fix: Fixed missing abilities in public build cards caused by strict ID matching fails with numeric values from the database.

  2. Feature: Added slot-specific border colors and glow shadows (amber for weapons, purple for helms, cyan for chest armor, green for shoes, silver for capes) to differentiate abilities at a glance.

  3. Fix: Forced active abilities to render on the top row and passives on the bottom row across all equipment slots in build cards.

  4. Fix: Prevents Postgres client pool exhaustion in development mode by caching the client globally and limiting max connections.

v2.4.0

  1. Performance: Battle list now loads almost instantly (~5ms) by reading from a PostgreSQL cache instead of hitting the Albion API on every visit.

  2. Feature: New background polling system that fetches battles from all 3 servers every 30 seconds and stores them permanently in the database, accumulating history like AlbionBB.

  3. Feature: 3-tier cache for battle details: in-memory → PostgreSQL → Albion API. After the first visit, subsequent loads are instant.

  4. Feature: You can now search for a guild by typing its name and pressing Enter, without needing to select from the dropdown.

  5. Fix: Fixed duplicate battle fetch on component mount when SSR data is already available.

  6. Performance: Disabled equipment backfill that made 30+ extra API calls per battle, drastically reducing battle detail load times.

  7. Feature: When a guild has 0 cached battles, the system now falls back to the Albion API with sequential page fetching and in-flight deduplication. Results are auto-cached in the database for instant future lookups.

  8. Feature: Guild search now prioritizes exact name matches over similar results, and shows a clear message when a guild is not found on the selected server.

  9. Performance: Reduced initial battle poller from 20 to 6 pages since the Albion API times out beyond offset ~200, improving reliability of background battle ingestion.

  10. Feature: Added an informative banner on the battleboard explaining that battles are cached for performance and history builds up progressively over time.

  2. Feature: Added Players count and AVG IP columns to the Alliance and Guild statistics tables on single and multi-battle pages.

  6. Fix: Created missing player_guild_daily_snapshots and player_guild_history tables in production database, enabling full guild history tracking for player profiles.

v2.2.0

  1. Feature: Replaced the header with a persistent sidebar navigation. All links, server status, language switcher, and user menu are now integrated into the sidebar for a cleaner, more spacious layout.

  2. Feature: Added an icon-only collapsed mode for the sidebar. When collapsed, navigation icons remain visible with tooltips for quick access.

  3. Feature: Redesigned the live streamers bar as a floating, rounded pill element at the top of the content area with glassmorphism styling.

  4. Feature: Moved the Updates/Changelog slide-out widget from the left side to the right side so it's no longer hidden behind the sidebar.

  6. Fix: Fixed guild history to show all guilds a player has been in (not just the current one), using stored daily snapshots from the tracking cron.

  7. Maintenance: Removed the top header bar on desktop. On mobile, a minimal bar with hamburger, logo, and user avatar replaces it.
